When an order is placed as a courtesy to ensure prompt delivery
of the correct item for your vehicle, we try and match the
part number with the vehicle information that is provided
at the time of order. If there is an inconsistency, we reserve
the right to change the part number without prior notice to
the customer. The part number will be changed to the part
number that is the best fit by manufacturers specifications
for the vehicle information that is provided at the time of
order. (Note: not all order errors can be caught by
our staff. It is the customers responsibility to be thorough
and order the correct item for their vehicle. Errors on orders
placed by the customer on-line can be exchanged at the customers
expense. Including return freight charges of original product
and the freight charges of getting the right product to the

Free
Shipping
We offer free UPS/FedEx ground shipping on all orders in the
continental US. Items to large to ship by UPS/FedEx must be
shipped by common carrier and do not qualify for this promotion.
Common carrier shipments will incur a $25 freight truck charge.
Freight truck items are indicated at check out.
Shipping
AllTimeAuto.com reserves the right to ship with the
carrier of our choosing. Requested shipping methods will be
considered and used whenever possible. Due to our inventory
being spread across different warehouses across the country and
our warehouses having specific contracts with certain shippers sometimes
these requests can not be followed and your order will be
shipped by the carrier that we choose. All in stock
orders will ship in 1-3 business days. However most order
will ship the same day or next day from when it is ordered.
Orders are only shipped Monday-Friday. We do not guarantee
delivery times. Once it is in the hands of the shipper UPS,
FedEx the package is out of our control. We will not refund
paid shipping for products delayed by the shipper or acts
of nature. If we are given a credit by the shipping company
the credit will be pass to our customer. We do not

Shipped
By Freight Truck
Items to large for UPS or FedEx ship by common carrier
(freight truck ). Please allow at least 5-10 business days
for ship time transit. We select the best common carrier for
each item based on where you live and which warehouse the
item will ship from. All freight truck orders will be assigned
a $25.00 freight charge to their orders.
Toolboxes:
All toolbox orders are shipped from the manufacturer and have
a 5-7 business day lead time before shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Truck Freight items cannot be shipped Next Day
Air, 2nd Day or 3 day
Important:
When delivered by freight truck company it is vital that the
customer or any one at the residence do not sign for the package
until it has been thoroughly inspected for damage. Once signed
for it is out of our hands and is up to the customer to file
any damage claims with the freight company.
Expedited
Shipping Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day Select Freight is
available on UPS shippable packages for an additional charge.
Since we ship some products directly from the manufacture
in order to get out of stock items to you quicker, We can
not guarantee the ship date. Out of stock items shipped from
the manufacturer will have a 1-4 business day lead time for
shipment. You will not be notified if your order is shipping
from the manufacturer. Orders that ship from the manufacturer
will be shipped at the expedited rate selected at the time
of ordering. Important: there will be no credits issued
for orders that ship from the manufacturer at a expedited
ship rate if the order does not arrive Next Day, 2 Day, 3
Day from the date of order.
Return
Policy
Your returns are welcome. Our first goal here at
AllTimeAuto.com is customer satisfaction. We offer a No Hassle
30 day money back on all uninstalled parts. You must
speak to a customer representative first (1-877-388-6552)

. In order to ensure a speedy delivery to you, some of our
orders are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. Please
do not send your returns back to the address it came from
until you have spoken to us first. If you send your return
back without an RA Number (Return Authorization Number) there
is a good chance it will get Lost in
The Shuffle Keep Your RA Number and Return Tracking
Number If for some reason we are not able to locate
your return and you can not provide us with your RA Number
and return tracking number we will not offer a credit or exchange.
Your credit will be processed as soon as we receive contact
from the warehouse or manufacture stating that they have
received your returned item. The customer assumes all return
shipping costs. Since we offer free shipping the customer
will be credited the item purchase price minus a 20% restocking
fee or the cost of our original shipping expenses which ever
is greater. All handling fees / freight costs charged
at the time of order are non-refundable. All returns
must be in the original box in off the shelf condition.
Products that are bent, scratched, cut, drilled, or otherwise
not in right out of the box condition are not re-sellable
and will not be credited. All items returned in non re-sellable
condition will be shipped back to the customer at the customers
expense. It is the customers responsibility to obtain insurance
on items being shipped back to us. Any items damaged in the
return freight will not be credited and it will be the customers
responsibility to file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement.
Superchip products are 30 day satisfaction guaranteed.
All returns must have an RA# assessed to it and be postmarked
within 35 days of original shipment. Customer assumes all
return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will not
be charged for Superchip returns.
Received
A Damaged Order If your order arrives with obvious
freight damage, refuse the shipment and note the damage with
the deliverer. The shipper will return the merchandise to
us. Notify us by phone or e-mail and we will ship a replacement
immediately. Replacements will be shipped at the same
ship rate as originally ordered. (If ordered ground the replacement
will be shipped ground to you , if you ordered 1 day the replacement
will ship 1 day.) We are not responsible for loss of time
or inconvenience and will not expedite freight at out expense.
If you discover that your order was damaged after receiving
it, Notify us by phone or e-mail and we will ship a replacement

ship rate as originally ordered. (If ordered ground the replacement
will be shipped ground to you , if you ordered 1day the replacement
will ship 1 day.) We are not responsible for loss of time

Orders
That Shipped By Freight Truck Some items are too
large to ship by UPS or FedEx. The return of orders that were
shipped by freight truck will not be subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Instead, these returns will incur a $160.00
return fee plus manufacturer restocking fees (if applied).
AllTimeAuto.com will pay for all the freight and shipping
charges and the customer is not responsible for these charges.
Important! items that are shipped by freight truck must not
be signed for until the product has been inspected for damage.
Once signed for by any one at ship to location the package
is considered delivered and any damage discovered is the responsibility
of the customer. AllTimeAuto will have nothing to do with
crediting or reimbursment of these items. It is your responsibility
to file damage claims with the shipper.
Defective or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchanges on defective or incorrectly shipped items allowed
if Alltimeauto.com is notified within 14 days of
original shipping. We will assume all shipping expenses for
the exchange of defective or incorrectly shipped items that
are determined to be the fault of Alltimeauto.com , the
manufacturer or the shipping company (freight truck deliveries
excluded). Important: There will
be absolutely no compensation awarded to the customer for
any inconvenience (loss of time, mechanic or installation
fees) that may be caused. All exchanges that fall
under the Defective or incorrectly shipped items category
will be shipped at the same ship rate as originally
ordered. (If ordered ground the replacement will be shipped
ground to you , if you ordered 1day the replacement will ship
1 day.) We are not responsible for loss of time or inconvenience
and will not expedite freight at out expense.
Defective
Items Shipped Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day Select Freight. All
defective orders that were originally shipped by any of the
above expedited freight. Customer will have the option to
get a credit on the freight charges paid and receive the replacement
item by ground shipping. Or to keep the original shipping
method and not receive a credit.
Incorrect
Items Shipped Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day Select Freight. Incorrectly
shipped items that were originally shipped by any of the above
expedited freight. That are deemed to be the fault of AllTimeAuto.com.
The customer has the option of the freight to be credited
and all replacement items will be shipped by ground freight.
Or the replacement Items will be shipped by the original shipping
method but no credit will be issued.
Items
That Don't Fit.
All of our part numbers are based on the manufacturers application
guides. The manufacturers have done extensive research to
ensure a good fit for each part number provided. If
the customers vehicle exhibits any extenuating circumstances
that may cause the purchased item not to fit. And
it is determined that the correct part was shipped for the
vehicle application information that was provided at the time
of sale. Then all return claims will fall under the standard
guidelines laid out in our return
policy.
Exhaust
Kits
Our exhaust kits are designed to fit the most common applications
for each vehicle. On rare occasions, due to some inconsistencies
between one vehicle of the same model and year to another,
some additional parts or tubing may be required to complete
your exhaust system. On these rare occasions if it is determined
that the correct part was shipped for the vehicle application
information that was provided at the time of sale. The customer
assumes all costs (parts and shipping) for any additional
parts that may be needed to complete the exhaust system. Installed
exhaust systems are not returnable.
Not
What I Expected. When the customer places an order
it is assumed that the customer has read the guidelines on
this page. It is also assumed that the customer is fully aware
of what they are purchasing. By placing an order you are taking
full responsibility of your purchase and any returns will
strictly follow the return policies stated on this page. Regardless
of the reason (too long, not long enough, wrong color, etc.)
We encourage shopping locally to find exactly what you are
looking for and then coming here for the best prices. NOTE:
it is not possible for us to have an image of every part number
being sold. We try to provide images that best capture the
concept and appearance of the product. Never assume the image
is exactly what you are purchasing. If you purchase a product
that is not what you expected your return is welcome, but
all expenses of shipping the product to you and getting the
return back will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All handling fees are non refundable and you may be responsible
for any additional restocking fees charged by manufacturers.
Warranty
All Products sold by AllTimeAuto.com are backed by the manufacturers
original warranty. We do not provide or include any extended
warranty. All warranty issues will follow the guidelines for
repair or replace that are implemented by the manufacturer.
All freight costs for warranty exchanges are the responsibility
of the customer and AllTimeAuto.com will not waive, pay or
reimburse these charges. Important: There
will be absolutely no compensation awarded to the customer
for any inconvenience that may be caused.
Products
on backorder:
Products not in stock will be placed on backorder Since products
on backorder will ship from the manufacturer without prior
notice to us we must secure payment at the time the backorder
is placed. Your credit card will be charged and you will be
notified of the backorder status as soon as we are informed
of it. Important: We will not reimburse financing
fees charged by credit card companies and there will be no
compensation of any kind for the inconvenience of your order
being on backorder. If you choose to cancel your order we
will credit the full amount of the unshipped products back
to your card within 4 business days. Since back orders
ship from the manufacturer and we are not informed when the
item ships. All cancellations have a 3 business day closing
period before they are finalized. If you choose to cancel
we will do everything we can to cancel the order. If the order
has already shipped it will be treated as a standard return.
Even if you have purchased another item from another
vender. We recommend once you cancel waiting 4 business
days before placing another order for the same thing. If we
are unable to stop the shipment and it shows up at your door
and you do not want it will be treated as a standard return
and the customer is responsible for all fees that apply. And
will be subject to the policies listed under Return
Policy. Estimated ship dates for backorders are in
no way guaranteed. We will not contact customers if estimated
ship dates are revised. It is the customers responsibility
to contact us to check for revised ship dates.
Low
Price Promise:
All orders placed on our web site after March 26th
2007 are eligible for the Low Price Promise. If you find the
same exact item advertised online, delivered to your door
for less. 1 Year from the date of purchase let us know where
it is advertised and we will refund the difference plus $1.

Handling
Fee
Why do we charge this? There is a great deal of expense
that goes into order fulfullment. Processing, packaging and
freight. We try to keep our prices low by offering free shipping
on most all our items. But it is necessary to recoupe some
expense for order fulfillment. A handling fee is different
than a freight charge. Freight charges are charged on every
item in the cart, were a handling fee is a per order charge.
We have three different handling fees depending on what is
being ordered $3.00, $5.95, $9.95. So the benefit to the consumer
is you will never be charged more than $9.95 no matter how
many items are in the cart.
